Warranty Policy

Please note that this warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations:

Limited Warranty: Floor Scales USA guarantees that the parts covered by this guarantee will be free from failure and defects in workmanship and materials for a period of (1) year from date of shipment to the Buyer. Should any such failure occur, Floor Scales USA will, at its option, refund the purchase price, or correct such defects furnishing replacement parts free of charge to the Buyer, service not included. Warranty covers the United States and Canada only. Floor Scales USA’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and in no event shall be liable for consequential or indirect damages to equipment or personnel. Nor shall Floor Scales USA be liable for damages to equipment or personal injury caused by misuse, abnormal use, overload, accidental damage, negligence, alteration, improper installation or unauthorized opening of the equipment. Under no circumstances will Floor Scales USA be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages due to errors in weighing or failure of any part to perform properly. Covers all non-abuse related failure of the scale platform, load cells, junction boxes, load cell cables, and digital indicator. Abuse would include, but is not limited to, overloading the scale, non-maintenance of the scale and surface finish, a vehicle running into the side of the scale. All accessories and paperwork must be included. If we receive a product for return with damage to the box, missing items or signs of use, we will charge a restocking fee at our sole discretion. All scales will be subject to a restocking fee based on weight and size. Neither the original nor the return shipping charge shall be refunded.

Shipment Risk of Loss: Risk of loss, damage or destruction of or to any product(s) passes to Buyer upon delivery of the product at Buyer’s facility.

Return of Products: Products may not be returned after receipt by Buyer unless (i) the products are defective or any other reason under the RMA request, at the discretion of the Seller (ii) Seller consents in writing to such return. The Buyer pays for associated shipping and handling costs to return the products to the Seller. In some cases, the Buyer may be required to pay a restocking charge to be determined by the Seller.

The aforesaid warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and in lieu of any other obligations or liabilities on the part of the manufacturer. Accordingly, the manufacturer does not assume any other liability or obligation in connection with the sale of its products, including any liability for special, consequential, or incidental damage to any person or property resulting from the use or possession thereof.

Shipping Policy

Floor Scales USA ships products via USPS or Motor Freight. When a customer’s order is processed, they are provided a shipment tracking number so that they may track the order’s progress at any time. All orders of in-stock products will be shipped within 24 hours of confirmation, except orders placed on weekends or holidays. Any such order placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday will be shipped within the next Business Day.
